I would really recommend Xel Ha if you swim/snorkle. It is expensive but worth the money and is all inclusive of food and drinks when you are in and I think this was probably wheelchair friendly. molly re: tablet babbling.i have an asus transformer tablet that is compatable with a word to speech program we have for my sons school computer called dragon naturally speaking.when i was setting it up for him,as a laugh i test fired it on my tablet and it works wonderful in tandem with babble once you learn all the voice commands;))
