my coworker put it a really good way: in our minds, we want things to be even and equal. but the reality is that we each have a different capacity that is separate from our ability. for example, my commute to work each day is 1.5 hours each way. his is 20-30 minutes. i get up 1.5 hours earlier than he does, but we often arrive home around the same time (or i get home later than him). based solely on that, he has more capacity to do some errands, especially those that are closer to home -- because HE is closer to home.

the problem i encounter, when we DO try to talk about it is he says "well, its fine that i do it -- most of the time."
the problem is that theres no way for me to know the difference between "most of the time" and the OTHER time.
it would be better if i had things that were MINE to do, and i did them ALL of the time. but the caveat is that he cant comment on when/how i do them. its my responsibility and i will get it done. he can only call me out if im NOT doing it.
and vice versa.

Mine is 500 calories per day for the 27 day cycle. But the HCG (injectable) really does prevent hunger. I lost 81 # 2 years ago on it.

You start shots day one, first two days are 'load' days...you boost up on food; mostly fats. then shots continue. then you continue the 500 calories for two days past shots...then there's a 3rd and fo$/4th stage where you gradually add things back into your diet but can eat far more than 500 calories.
