it's like us.my hubby took our daughter to the doctors yesterday because since her accident she has felt weird a couple of times and had a few headaches, which is to be expected but her gp didn't have much information from the hospital about her injuries so my husband had to explain everything and he just said i'll phone up the hospital and in the meantime just keep an eye on her!!

when we went for the fit to fly letter, which we didn't need in the end, our gp said they wouldn't give her one because they never treated her, but the insurance company wouldn't accept a letter from the hospital which did, and said it had to be her gp....so we were banging our heads against a wall!it was just so silly, but the insurance company's doctor said it was ok in the end....it just gave us more things to sort out at a time we had enough to deal with, it's just crazy!

The way I prepare lobster rolls is to buy fresh lobster meat ( caught and cooked the the day it comes off the boat). Melt about 2 pounds of butter..only if you like butter. Grill hot dog rolls in butter till beautifuly browned. Add tons of lobster and drizzle with butter.....done!!
