i've always been small and no hips but always eaten what i wanted but kept fit, and now i'm in early menopause which i've been for the last 8 years and not been able to walk i have put on a bit of weight.it gets me down but then i think there's alot i can do and i'm not obese or anything.now, i just think, eat what you enjoy as we never know what is around rthe corner , so enjoy life while we can
