A General Mills product that is combination of flour, salt and a leavening agent and was created to be a short-cut product for making biscuits. Bisquick is also used for making coffee cake, dumplings and pancakes.

Here is what to use to make your own: Ingredients

1 cup flour,
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon shortening

Instructions
