There is a good side to living here, though....I get my groceries delivered (great in this heat) and I'm only 10 min. away from the hospital that saved my life last year. Also, everything I need is within walking distance...when it's not so hot.

1). Put all of the ingredients into a 1 gallon jug.
2). Fill with lukewarm water. (keeping below the neck of the jug)
3). Put heavy balloon on top of jug.
4). Once the balloon inflates then deflates, the wine is ready.
5). Strain with cheesecloth.
** It takes about 6 weeks. Keep at room temperature until wine
is ready....
