Thanks for the vote of confidence but since I'm working for a service, I won't have any contact with her at all....the owner will be the one to deal with her. She already knows how difficult she is to transcribe since they've lost 3 other services because no one wanted to transcribe her. If I could work directly with her I'd have a chance of getting her cooperation but not working this way, unfortunately.

Rented a place in Annapolis for the weekend. Pictures showed hot tub, turns out hot tub broke and was not there when we arrived. Said it had a self cleaning/heated pool...nope. Not self cleaning, not heated. Was very disappointed.

I remember when I was in my twenties ( eons ago) I went to a somewhat hippie resort. It had hot tubs, saunas and a cold tub. The idea was to sit in the sauna and sweat your brains out( so to speak) and jump in the cold tub. I did that, (crazy girl) the cold tub was probably 50 degrees. Guess what? Somehow I survived. It was an experience I will never forget.
