Yes, the humidity is horrible. Not very many people do a lot outside during the summer. I have COPD bronchitis and it is, oh, so hard to breathe. The only place I have been where the humidity is worse is Corpus Christi, TX. I love the place but just couldn't spend much time there with relatives.

i think she would be good with alot of animals, but especailly dogs.she's now thinking of training blind dogs when she is older. i think if you are good with one animal you have it with others. she's great with all family pet type animals
