have a copy of independent doctor's report in which he emphatically states i should not be working, at all. GP has now put me off work for at least 2 weeks.

it went ok. The group is nice. Kind people who listen to eachother and try to help eachother. Bit of fun too, we have laughed together as well.
Therapy is very very intensive and confrontational. Could barely manage. But muddled through and I guess next time will be a little less daunting.
