liz, i don't know how it happened. all i did was remove my plate to clean it, and the blessed tooth fractured. i'm hoping the dentist can glue it back into place.

zooz, yes I have. Very unpleasant. Rose advised me to take magnesium malate and it works wonders. You might try it too. About 2000mg in the evening and if you have pain in the morning, another 1000mg. After about 3 weeks you can lower the amounts.
