just roll hair and apply solution - don't neutralize, but shampoo 3 or 4 times and hair will remain straight ( either that or just comb perm solution through the hair, let it sit for 20 minutes, comb through neutralizer and rinse_

If done correctly, pug, you can save what you currently have and reinstall with the new operating system. My suggestion is for you to call your computer manufacturer to see if the manufacturer will help you. If not, places like Best Buy might be able to help you. It may turn out getting a newer computer might be the most viable and transferring what you want to save to the new one. It would be helpful if a friend or relative is a available to translate what might have trouble understanding.
