My back problems started with pregnancy...I carried totally out front all three times. No one mentioned I should wear a pregnancy girdle for support. So I've now told everyone I know who gets pregnant about that. Maybe they can prevent it with that information. When the back hurts, one cannot help being miserable.

That is one of the reasons that childbirth classes are helpful. Any excess abdominal weight is going to put strain on the lower back. There are exercises you can do to help with that.

I diagnosed myself with mono. Not difficult though. But the doctors kept trying to give me antibiotics until I finally asked them to do a blood test for mono. Then they called me and told me I had mono. Duh.

I ar5/10 early in the morning and put my no4/4 in the grid. I babbled until no4/4 and then I quit grid. I must ad 5/14 that I was a mo 5/12 with grid and had to use the list to find most of my words. Here is a story with to4/4 of clues fr4/8 me to you. For some reason,I feel like I'm do 4/6ed for two more months of winter. This winter has put me into a mo6/21 mo 4/6. Every time I walk out my fr5/16 do 4/5 there is more snow! I think that the amount of coldness and all of the snowstorms have been abno4/5al for NY. I shoveled an en 5/12ous amount of snow last Friday.It was very hard to shovel because it was fi 4/8 and heavy. Now we're getting 5 more inches tonight. It isn't fa 4/7! I refuse to shovel again. I do not give one io 4/4 if I can't get out of the driveway. I am on vacation now. Hubby is driving me insa4/4 because he wants to play Fa4/8ville. If I don't give him the computer,he'll start to mo 4/5 and groan and cause a ri 4/4 and yell at me in a nasty to 4/4. He mo 5/12 every time I babble. He is such a sn4/4! Even though I om4/5ted several words, I hope you've found ma4/5 words with story or at least the easy on4/4. I am going to lift my an 4/5 off this se4/4 and go ra 4/5 the fridge for a snack and go watch the movie "An4/4 and the King" in the bedro4/5. I will be back so 4/4 to clue some more. TO, i think it was eostrogen based as apparently her 2nd pregnancy brought it on and she lost her baby without knowing she had cancer but after having her breast removed she is now about 8 years clear and that is why she sticks to this book

Soy is okay in moderation but comes with its host of other problems (though I'd say probably not as problematic as cow's milk). Almond milk is a bit pricey (about $2.00-$2.50 per quarter), but if it helps me be healthier, then I'll buy it. Also, the brand I get (Almond Breeze) has 50% more calcium than milk.
