awww, that would be tough. I was pretty ticked for about a year. Word of advice - take a deep breath and decompress. From experience I discovered that being ticked didn't help the situation and it didn't affect anyone but me.

ah, yes, pain can ruin a good appetite pretty quickly. You do need to listen to your body. And take the pain more seriously. It is a fine balance between exercising to get full health back and not overdoing things. I think... you need to lean a little more to the not overdoing side.
