Clean up was a snap, and they were sooo good. Aluminum foil on cookie sheet; thinly sliced potatoes, onion, sliced butter, drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley - topped with a mixture of 3 cheeses, worchestershire saurce and chicken broth. Seal foil - make a few slits - cook for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
