pugs, when we eat excessively of sugars they convert to fats. perhaps, as you are losing weight, it is vice versa. as the fat is released, it is being converted to sugar.

oh and pug, I learned that when you hardly eat, you actually force the liver to release glucose into the blood. So eating more regularly brings the sugar down further!

to keep your bloodsugar levels as level as possible, you should eat at least once every 3 hours. 3 meals and 3 healthy snacks. Try for slow release stuff... wholegrain bread or crackers etc.

Back in November I broke my ankle badly and it should be healed by now but it turns out that I am sensitive to the metal they used to fix it. Now I have to go through the whole thing again when they take the metal out and let the bone fill in all the holes that will be left. I am disappointed

It is really helping and the first treatment I have done so far that is systemic rather than focused on one symptom or area. Mine were also prompted by tightening of muscles in my shoulders since I worked at a computer all the time, so a muscle relaxer may be a good thing for you. I like Valium..it's the best antispasmodic around and we know what it does since it has been available and in use for a very long time. But you'll need to lie down when you take it since it will probably make you sleepy.
