I have to say, though, the worst behaviour in this city is spitting. I have lived in some awful places in my life (Liverpool not being awful, of course) but never known spitting like it. It's like some kind of ritual. I would make that illegal. Just wish I could push them down to the floor and make them clean it up the same way it came out. Mum trouble is we have laws saying we can be fined up to Â£500 for not cleaning it up. There are something in the region of 350,000 people in this city with 6 registered dog patrol personnel. The damned Tories keep cutting back - we once had 25 dog patrollers. But the problem is the owners are such shitebags that if the dog patroller stopped them they would go home and take it out on the dogs! I hate humans sometimes

So, complained about people playing cricket on the tennis court/basketball court in my building because they are out every single night and screaming at each other. They take over the whole area so no one can play basketball or tennis. I can't sit out on my balcony, I can't always hear my TV.
