i have taken so much magnesium...lol...i am actually feeling cold. heater is on full bore, but i am feeling the coolth. i was hoping to plant out my tulip bulbs this weekend. i only need about an hour, and no rain, or pain. and it will be done.

good. the spray was if you couldn't reach, and i thought maybe sister could spray you. the spray is also good for when an area is too sore touch. use it fi5, then rub the cream in. but if you are managing with the cream, that is more than okay.

oh, and i have something to sh5 with you. my manager has been on the warpath lately. it seems there are some nurses who aren't documenting as well as they should. she came into recovery today, and said this is a spot inspection,...and picked up my chart to look at it. i am old school, and it's all about documentation, documentation. her eyes nearly fell out of her head when she saw how much i had recorded already for my patient, and he had only been there 15 minutes.

it's no big deal really, documenting. when a big case comes into the room, at least 3 nurses step up, one runs the case, the other two connect cables, check dressings etc to help the main nurse.

that sucks Sprite....I have been so lucky with this, my GP had just had the same op so was on it immediately, and sent me to the private hospital.....8 weeks from strt to finish. NHS would have been maybe 18 months
