pug, don't know what your back problems are but that usually involves the spine, and THAT always worsens with stress -- and may not go away (despite therapy & medication & surgery) unless the stress itself is treated. I'm sure you know it's a factor - but personally and professionally I can tell you it's a biggie.

A tenant who had been living here did a bunch of stuff like ripping out drywall puttting in a kitchen, and a toilet and forgot to put a gasket under the toilet and I ended up with black mold. Had to rip the basement to bare concrete etc and throw out half my stuff. Among other things.

The leg wont heal stid until they do more surgery to take the metal out. I am on a waiting list but it could take forever. Hence the distraction with adding an ensuite bathroom and making our bedroom bigger so you can get to both sides of the bed by wheelchair if needs must.
