I starting taking early retirement last year but still work to supplement. I work at home, though, and it's very nice. I am writing a book and there are so many things I'm interested in that there aren't enough hours in the day for me. I'm absolutely LOVING this time of my life.

The entire Rim area is gorgeous....except when the wildfires hit. But every place has its issues. This house in particular would be ideal, crossy, especially for inspiring my writing. And it has a loft that my cats would love plus I could fix it up for when the grandkids come to visit. Beautiful BIG screened in sunrooms--two of them--as well.
