D'you know I thought it was bug bites but it turned out to be an outbreak of psoriasis. Doctor gave me some real strong antihistamines and other stuff. It cleared a lot of it but it's coming back again and apparently it's induced by stress so I'm going back for a stronger zap by the doctor on Tuesday - fingers crossed!

antibiotics do work because it can be exacerbated by environmental issues. It doesn't cure the actual cause - i.e the T blood cell disorder, but it does clear the secondary effect i.e the skin lesions

Yes, flosey...I went back on the medication...again. I keep it on hand. Maybe should stay on it but don't want to if I don't need to. Cardiologist says it's OK for me to take it just when it happens and then stop after a week or so, and that's what I'm doing.

YUM. I like to serve it with a spinach, bacon and mandarin orange salad.
