i saw my own dr today. she felt obligated to examine my knee. liz, it almost 9 months and a gentle squeeze to check the pain, nearly sent me to the ceiling. and it is still very swollen.

the "kid" has first breakfast when we awaken, just something small like 4 or 6 slices of toast with peanut butter and jelly and a heaping bowl of Cork Flakes, then it is off to school where he has his second breakfast of yogurt with granola clusters and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. After he comes home it is a nice lunch of stew and crackers followed by a 4 pm afternoon snack of 3 or 4 pieces of fruit. Now comes a full dinner folled 2 hours later by a night time snack.

Which is why I have taken to lurking. I too miss the old babble. He is a doctor who deals with young offenders and stops them from becoming permanent offenders. he thinks Ash has problems filtering out extraneouus noise such as in a classroom.
