seemed quite positive. both docs were very kind. they made sure they stayed on the topic of my knee. in the physical exam, i was lying down. couldn't actually see where the surgeon had his hands. he inadvertently pressed his thumb right where the nerve is so sensitive. i actually screamed and burst into tears. as don said, that was a good thing as it showed them just how sore the knee still is.

i also had a pretty severe cramp in the quads doing the movements they were asking me to do. as i said to them, my range of movement is good, i can go up and down stairs. i cannot stand for long periods, i cannot walk on concrete, and i cannot drive for more than about 15 minutes.
