sorry, you bake microwave the taters for 3 minues each side on high, then bake for 15 minutes. take them out and cut them in half. Scoop out each half and put the tater meat in bowl. mash and add herbs and spices such as dill, chives, onions or what ever you like. spoon mashed tater back into the tater halfs and coat with some shredded cheese. Place on baking tray and bake for 5 minutes at 425f

Children at this age have their fingers in their noses, ears, mouths ... and on every surface almost constantly. If I stopped to have kids wash every time it was medically or hygienically advisable, I would not be able to teach at all.
