I never could use anti-epileptics, esp the GABA analogues. When I was trying out Neurontin, I feared I would fall asleep in a crosswalk! I knew how many steps from the restroom to my office, to, so I could close my eyes when I walked from one place to the other. Crazy.

in 11 days i am going in to hospital for 10 hours, to have a ketamine infusion. they have to increase the dose very slowly until i have total relief from pain.

Oh yes.. I do not have it with me, but the gist of it is that pistachios generate heat if transported in too large of a quantity due to the natural oils they contain. So, they are transported in small bathes to avoid fiery nuts:)

aww cross that sounds like bliss. I went to the US a few years ago mid summer and got up every morning at 6am, hot freshly brewed coffee and a swim in the pool as the sun rose. Bliss!!

Mind you, I have to say - the first morning I was there I was greeted at 6am by a wild trkey running around and gobbling - we don't have them in the UK so it was quite scary at first, but he/she came and saw me most mornings!! Gave him some bread on one occasion but he ran away from it lol
