oh sorry, darling, must have missed that post. My night was good. I had the strangest thing yesterday, started shaking and couldn't stop. Finally went for a nap, shaking was done after that, but all muscles sore and tense. Took a valium before bed. Now all is ok.

yeah only my neck and shoulders and arms were crazy painful afterwards. Oh, and so weird. I drove to and from singing lesson. At 2 crossroads I couldn't, for just a few secs, remember where I was and where to go. That was a bit scary.
