I think it is a nasty trick to make you travel that far and that early. Make sure you bring a cane, limp, stoop a little and make them repeat every 3rd sentence because you cannot concentrate because of the pain.

before i started on the tegretol, i was having a itchy episode of the FM. since i started the general itchiness has settled into two areas on either side of my tummy

both patches are very hot too touch, the itchiness stops if i take an anti-histamine. the " rash " is very localised. not at all like what has happened before.

this is what I think: you have been under severe stress for a very long time. The tegretol is making so much difference, helps you relax, makes you sleep, eases your pain. Your body and mind are reacting by letting go of all those stress poisons. Inflammation is typical for anger related poisons.

Those who will have the best view are in the U.K and Norway, with North america being the 3rd best locale..assuming there is not a ton of cloud cover. I sent crossy a book once, and I've met Nef in Minneapolis, so I know a few of you, and I watch Scrabble out in the snow and her rabbits--I had house rabbits once--etc. I have a couple of neat websites. look up roundbarnstories.com. And my daughter is making me a blog as if it's me, I hear it's interesting.
