Should still have watered today, but it was overcast until late so tomorrow will be good enough. Will you make preserves this year? I didn't get any strawberries, the season started while I was in school and finished before I had enough energy back to make strawberry jam. I think I can still get raspberries, and the blueberries are early, so I know I can get those.

Just one more thought on the chog/chat environment - I've often thought of it as my club/coffee shop/quilting bee/sewing circle/ holiday picnic (with fireworks, of course!) and retreat with like-minded friends. Disruptions happen, as they always do, but as we deal with them as adults, and refuse to give them the spotlight, we will keep the animosities at bay and enjoy each other's company again.

Yes, I thought I had an enhanced passport but it was only enhanced with medical stuff, not for going over the border. They were nice and let me in on an outdated passport and the wrong license.

Apparently there is a code on the passport that can be embedded into the license so they can access all the info from the card without having the booklet on hand. I am not sure how to get it done though.
