If I may interject here....like many other Babblers, I have laid low on the chog recently. The reason is that I have been accused of taking sides in squabbles in the chog. I have never 'taken sides' . I have stated on the Babble FB page that I won't tolerate bullying or harassment. I have received screenshots via email, (from one person who purports not to be on Facebook) showing my posts, in an accusatory tone. I loved playing Babble. More than the game, I loved the chat. I no longer feel comfortable chatting. I'm still useless at finding words. Bah!

If you are not a big meal person, eat smaller meals more times a day. You will see a big jump in your energy level doing that.

When my youngest son was a bit younger, I taught him the value of healthy snacks vs junk food snacks. He is now insanely healthy about what he snacks on. Cheese, yogurt, fruit.
