it is pretty much a self-regulating process. As soon as you take too much or the wrong stuff, you feel ill or in pain. Same with eating too fast. Eat slowly, chew well, that is what works. For me anyway.

oh it isn't worry that triggers it, it is the actual trauma and narcose. It is no biggie. It will pass, I knew it would be like this.

it depends on the trauma that caused the ptsd, I think. Triggers for me are violence, powerlessness, physical trauma, being hurt physically, and loud noise.
