I saw a medium today, which I don't normally do, but a friend of mine knows one, and set up this sort of gathering where we all had readings done. she told me flat out he was an anchor around my neck, and was holding be back. I am struck by how I really, really didn't want her to say Anything bad about him - that to me is a bigger indication of how I really feel than whatever she said.

I replace my cookie sheets when they are too seasoned for food to lift off them easily. when everything sticks, they go. However, I will add a caveat (because I can without going to the PB) - I have given some of mine new life by leaving them in my oven and running the self cleaning cycle. they come out ashy, but then I wash them and they are NEW. If you would like to bring them here, I would happily give them a go.
