reminds me of when the kids were little ones. i would cook up a storm on saturdays. making 4 dozen cookies was nothing. one prob lem though. whenever i put one tray up to cool, by the time i turned back with the next tray out of the oven at least 8 of the first batch were gone.

i used to make choc chip cookies, but i used a shortbread recipe using rice flour and castor sugar. those cookies just melted in your mouth.
