we live in funny times -- my friend who's in hospital recovering from heart surgery just emailed me - she knows I'm online late at nite -- asked me to call the hospital -- she had dropped her call button -- i called patient services, was transferred to the nurses's station in her unit, and spoke to a nurse who went in her room and retrieved the call button LOL
