i eat a TON of cooked broccoli and spinach and cauliflower and onions and mushrooms as well as lots of olives and pickles which are great for health. did you know olives are full of anti oxidents and my hubby says everyone should eat at least 12 olives a day to stay healthy? he has analyzed them and he thinks they can stop the progression of diseases and ageing.
