Another hint for the 75-point 8 related to the 56-point 7. Both words relate to a sound/noise that is often associated with old or poorly maintained items.

Ha... MK who is my baby sister, gave me the two words that were driving me dotty (by their absence)... the shorter word is fairly common -- but I don't recall ever hearing the longer word -- maybe something our grandmothers said??
