I am well, thanks. It has taken 2 full years before I feel as if my badly broken ankle has healed completely. I never would have imagined it could take so long to properly heal. I hope your bones have the same experience.

I had the metal taken out because it turns out I was allergic to it. I haven't paid much attention to the weather, but just having the confidence to go up and down stairwells without hanging on or stepping out of the tub without having to think about it first is HUGE for me.

thanx bugs. doc found out why my hips are so painful. the ruptured tendons frayed edges are aggravating the muscles. simple arthroscope with debridement should go a long way to relieving a lot of the discomfort.
