well, sort of - in that we still owe the bank, they technically own much of it. This was a refinance, so no moving or anything, just decreased the interest rate to shorten the loan and drop some debt.

should make a significant difference - dropped from 6.7% to 4.35%, which just by itself takes about 3 years off the loan. Also dropped the required monthly payment, so if I keep making the payments I've been making that'll take another year or so off it.
