Bins make me mad!! They provide us with a huge black bin for household waste, a huge green bin for plastics glass etc. but most of us around here are old and it isn't easy to drag a bin out. Neither do we have that much waste. Why didn't they think and save money by providing half size bins. We also have a food caddy and a green box for paper I'm lucky I have a side gate but some people have to drag them through the house., And a street full of them looks so ugly. That's my rant for the day!!!

Hello, Deeha :-) They are providing a service here where if you pay Â£52 for the year they will come to your doorstep and empty the bins and put them back otherwise like you say you have to take them to the roadside.
