You can copy it anywhere you want to. It works better to copy it into an Excel spreadsheet. Then you can add your words as you get them. But I have a feeling that suggestion is beyond this discussion.

And as to Word vs. Excel -- I assume either would do. But I am far more familiar with Word. I have a doc named "Babble" set up in five columns. When I want a new list, I just paste it over the old one, and the five columns are retained.
