well, she has been having anemia which they haven't been able to find the cause of. she also has an underlying heart condition diagnosed about 8 months ago. this evening she had a weird episode, but then ate and had fairly normal vitals. woke up in the night, checking on her saw that her resp rate was up to like 60 (normal is 20-30)

i'm thinking pleural effusion, congestive heart failure, and/or worsening anemia. my impression is that they could probably treat any of those things, not that she would like, die today. but obv probably not a great prognosis.

There's a difference between when I first came back to Babble after surgeries and now - my typing was bad and thinking too. I was really disappointed at first thinking I couldn't type anymore, but I love being on the computer and I love Babble so I kept coming back. Still a few glitches once in awhile but much improved!
