There is a cluster **** going on across the street. An older man being taken advantage of and physically abused. A house all out of code (I will spare you the details). Yelling and screaming in the middle of the night. Prostitution. I can't sleep more than 5 hours at night any more. But, I finally connected with someone in the PD who should be able to help.
