... about an hour east on the commuter train ... we've had snow several times ... about an inch ...and it has melted by the end of the day or the next ... only the parking lots at the hockey arenas still have piles of snow after they've been cleared ... the piles last longer ... ... but Sunday we're supposed to be in for six inches or more ... ... early this year ... ... Western australia here I come ... no snow ... hooray .... ... but the skiers would cry
