Yeah, we refinanced to a 15 year mortgage a few years ago. Only pay about 2.7% interest on that. However, the school taxes keep going up, so our escrow payment is now almost more than our mortgage payment. Oy. Never had kids, so we never saw any benefit from that tax investment.

Yes, we helped them move in summer of 2015 and have made several trips back. Try to spend 3 wks at least in July. Last July we went long enough to do the Burlington Brewers Fest AND the Stowe Brewers Fest. I have been back on my school spring break in april last year (plannng upcoming trip) and two trips in November for my birthday
