I know, so do I. Magnesium is good for muscles to heal and keep on moving - I take mine every night. I try to keep walking as much as possible to keep my legs strong. My neck is what is a mess, but so goes life. Go slowly, my dear.

They wake the other person up! You know, like a cat or dog continually scratching? It's annoying, but my hubby can't help it. Fortunately, his stops when he falls asleep, and if he can't sleep, he gets back up...trade-offs when your body doesn't work quite right.

I think the key is education--tell mothers when to call after hours, when to call when we're open, to look at our website, to avoid the ER. But it is difficult to educate the ignorant that think they know everything already.

the first (i think) 3 months after your baby is born, you can call with no charge.

It has been a "cold" winter in the Sacramento Valley. Many nights dipping below freezing. And the rain - I know we shouldn't complain about rain in California - but enough already!
