I grill the mushrooms on a grill pan on the stove (just the tops).. then I sautee them with olive oil, chipolini onions, balsamic vinegar and a tablespoon of soy sauce (had to get gluten free soy sauce for last night)

the trick with the fennel TO is to slice it very thinly and steam it for ONE minute and then put it in an ice bath immediately to not over cook.. then add it to the salad.. it's great that way

I understand. If you were distracted during one or another of the ads, they may not have made much sense. I watched the Lumber 84 ad (with family here); and 3 of us all had different impressions of it. But I just Googled them about 1/2 hour ago & was amazed by it. I definitely encourage anyone to go & watch it & see what you think.
