That's right. For my last (paid) job; I just interviewed for it because I thought I needed more interview experience. I felt like I wasn't qualified for the job (nurse manager for a prenatal program) because I never worked in that field before. They called me back 3 more times; & hired me because they felt I had the qualities they were looking for.
