The sevens are, from an earlier hint,
36,48,32,28,36,40,28,40.
I have the 32,28,36 and the second 40.
The 36 is what you do when you tempt somebody. The 40 can be derived from either of two 6 for 27's by adding a letter, although the initial letter of one of the 6 for 27's is not the same as the initial letter of the 7 for 40. Now what about a hint for the sevens that I'm missing?

Both are musical instruments.

The 6/33 and 7/48 use alternate spellings for an instrument similar to a guitar....

I had to resort to Googling, then Noodling. A google site yielded another spelling (with 2 t's),but that was close enough for experimentation. Never had heard of the instrument before, but one can see the similarity in spelling with at least 2 modern instruments.
