helen we bought a snowblower that broke down on the 4th time using it -- CT would not give us our money back - they would only offer to get us another machine because the box on the original had been opened. When the new machine came, my husband said, "Thank you, now I want to return it" - of course he was told no -- even though the box had not been opened and the machine never removed from the store. Our kids have also had bad experiences with them --- none of us shop there any more.
