I'm okay granny... trying to get to the bottom of a little medical mystery. I haven't been sleeping well for quite some time (probably age related).. but have been completely exhausted (physically) for about 4-5 months...pretty sure that it's psychosomatic... but checking to be sure.

You've got it in one granny... frustration is the key. It keeps me from getting things done.. my to do list keeps growing.then the stress level goes up... it's a wicked cycle that does me no good.

My landlord and I finally got some vegetables planted this year, so that is usually my priority for the day... a lot of small tasks have fallen right off my radar. I do what Im can. I find that if I push and do too much, I pay for it for the next 1-3 days and am unabl;e to do more than get food into me.
