There are things to worry about - but they are known or suspected. Worrying about something that hasn't been diagnosed yet at all is premature. We have enough to worry about with known problems (speaking of hubby's issue - Parkinson's is known, and there was a recent change in med frequency, so I'm telling him to wait until he gets a real exam before he worrys himself sick)
