I know, dear friend, no worries. At least I did have a very good session with Noud. He told me to be angry. And express my anger in creative ways. It was interesting

he said, anger can go three ways. First is you freeze, the anger turns inwards and you become depressed. That one I see in you. Second is, you turn the anger inwards and start harming yourself. That one I see in you too, hence the eating binges, the not sleeping, etc. And the third one is to turn the anger outwards and express it. That can be done in destructive ways, which is not always advisable :D or in creative ways.

so for starters I made a Xmas card for the people we had brunch with on Xmas day. Not a sweet Xmas card, but one with Xmas angels and Xmas devils, and I wrote a text about how in life you always get the bad with the good, the nasty with the lovely, etc, and how it is up to us to find the balance.

well, I have trouble with anger, honey. I have never been allowed to even feel it, let alone express it, and the ways it was expressed to me were very harmful. So I have a fear of anger. Am only now learning to manage it. Right now am trying my hardest to find ways to express my anger in creative ways. I don't want to become depressed or bitter, so it is the only way out. But it is scary as hell.
